BACKSTORY TIME!
Tiger Eye is the long-lost son of Sapphire and Ruby (AKA Garnet). he was sent to Earth with the crystal gems but landed separately, being raised by humans. Eventually, as expected, they died off and eventually, he was orphaned. Around the age of (gem equivalent to 18), he thought he began roaming the world, seeking answers as to why he was so different from anybody else and why he was oddly colored, and above all, why he could pull a magical scythe thingy from his "oddly-shaped birthmark" (aka, his gem).
